Defying any preconceived notions that state associations don’t travel far for their meetings, the Hawaii Convention Center has partnered with the New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) in an effort to draw meetings from the third-largest association market in the United States—even if they are a continent and an ocean away. Under the alliance, the convention center will be the exclusive partner of the NYSAE’s monthly luncheon this month and will be featured prominently during other NYSAE events, including the Meet NY seminars, slated for March 10 at the Millennium Hotel in Manhattan.
