Frank Poe has been named executive director of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, operator of the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park. Poe was previously director of the Dallas Convention Center.

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles has promoted Larry McCue from director of group sales to director of sales and marketing. Succeeding McCue as director of group sales is Tom Shaw, who was previously Westin Bonaventure’s associate director of sales.

Kathleen Barnesby has been named  director of sales and marketing at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida. Barnesby was most recently director of sales for the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

At the Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco, Matthew Martinucci has been appointed director of sales and marketing. Martinucci served previously as regional director of sales and marketing at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colorado.
